3. The swing cylinder activates, the pressure roller lowers, and the aluminum spacer frame is pressed forward. When the spacer frame reaches the adhesive dispensing head, dispensing begins, evenly applying the adhesive to the aluminum spacer frame.
4. As the other side of the spacer frame approaches the pressure roller, the roller lifts. When the frame moves away from the dispensing head, the adhesive valve automatically closes, stopping the dispensing process. This entire sequence is controlled by a PC, with timing managed via a human-machine interface (HMI) that allows for touch-screen adjustment.
