This machine is a specialized sealing equipment designed for the production of insulated glass units. It can simultaneously complete the mixing and application of components A and B for secondary sealing in a single operation. It is particularly suitable for adhesives that require strict mixing ratio precision and can meet the high-efficiency, high-quality, and high-yield production line requirements of door, window, curtain wall, and glass processing enterprises.

Features

1. Secondary sealing of insulated glass

2. Compatible with silicone and vulcanized rubber (polysulfide)

3. Combined pneumatic and electric drive

4. Simple operation and maintenance

5. The Component A pump and Component B pump are driven by hydraulic and pneumatic systems, respectively.

6. Utilizes a contactless electronic control system to achieve reliable and responsive directional reversal.

7. Key functional components are manufactured from high-strength, high-quality heat-treated stainless steel, significantly enhancing the machine’s reliability and durability while ensuring superior quality.

8. Depending on customer requirements, a system is available to increase or decrease substrate flow resistance, maximizing labor productivity throughout the year.

9. The GLS-ST06’s curing agent system is fully enclosed, preventing the curing agent from curing upon contact with air, ensuring stable flow and improving mixing results.

10. The machine’s material pump, curing agent pump, and proportioning pump high-pressure valves are manufactured from a special leak-free alloy with precision grinding.

11. The proportioning pump is equipped with an adjustable ratio mechanism to meet the strict mixing ratio requirements for two-component adhesives, as well as for curtain wall glass and insulated glass.

12. The machine features an alarm function for both Component A and Component B leakage, preventing waste of time and sealant.

13. This machine utilizes an internationally popular fixed reciprocating mixer, equipped with a specially designed needle valve to achieve superior mixing results; The dispensing nozzle, made of a special elastic material, makes insulated glass production more convenient, streamlined, and aesthetically pleasing.

Q: Can this machine handle different types of butyl rubber? 2026-06-09 13:58:55.254
A: Most models support standard, anti-aging, and low-VOC hot-melt butyl rubbers. Check compatibility with your chosen brand and viscosity grade (low/medium/high).
Q: Why is my butyl coating uneven or with rough edges? 2026-06-09 13:58:39.350
A: Common causes include dirty nozzle outlets, inconsistent heating temperature, or improper spacer feeding. Clean the nozzles regularly and calibrate the heating system to match your butyl rubber viscosity.
Q: What is the role of butyl rubber coating in IGUs? 2026-06-09 13:58:19.471
A: It acts as the primary moisture barrier, applied to aluminum spacers to bond with glass panes and prevent water vapor ingress, which would cause condensation inside the unit.
Q: What is the difference between standalone machines and a full automatic line? 2026-06-09 13:57:59.307
A: Standalone machines handle individual tasks (e.g., only butyl coating), while a fully automatic line integrates all steps (washing, spacer processing, sealing, pressing) into one continuous workflow, reducing labor and improving consistency.
Q: What is the main purpose of these machines? 2026-06-09 13:57:42.167
A: They form a complete production line for manufacturing insulated glass units (IGUs). Each machine handles a specific step—from applying primary seals (butyl rubber), filling desiccants (molecular sieve), bending aluminum spacers, to final sealing—ensuring airtight, energy-efficient glass units.
