3. The machine automatically calculates processing parameters and sequences based on different dimensions, enabling continuous production and significantly improving processing efficiency.

4. Equipped with a CNC servo feeding system, the aluminum frame size adjustment accuracy reaches 0.1 mm/m; the CNC bending angle control system ensures an angle adjustment accuracy of 0.1°.

5. The system features a zero-waste design, enabling processing with virtually no scrap material beyond the inherent loss from the cut itself.

6. Equipped with four automatic material storage bins, it can hold four types of raw aluminum strips, each with lengths ranging from 4 to 6 meters.

7. Features high-speed automatic continuous feeding of aluminum strips with fully automated loading; an optional automatic bin-switching function is available.

8. The bending speed automatically adjusts based on the size of the aluminum frame, preventing deformation of large-sized frames while ensuring high-speed continuous processing of small-sized frames; supports automatic splicing of aluminum strips with an intelligent joint avoidance design.

9. Supports high-speed continuous production; operators need only ensure sufficient material in the hoppers and promptly remove finished aluminum frames; the machine automatically stops after processing the set quantity.

10. Equipped with a sleep mode energy-saving function and emergency stop protection; all functions support manual operation to meet equipment debugging and maintenance needs.

11. Features online material shortage alerts, sleep mode alerts, fault alerts, and operational alerts; the machine automatically stops to await material when a shortage occurs during processing and resumes the remaining process after replenishment.

12. Equipped with a function to verify the validity of aluminum frame processing parameters; if parameters are invalid, the machine will refuse to process and issue a warning, and the system will automatically reset upon restart.

13. Material feed is automatically stopped upon completion of aluminum frame processing.

14. The back panel uses imported multi-layer industrial board, offering excellent wear resistance and easy cleaning and maintenance; it is designed with a quick-access panel for maintenance and adjustments.
