It can fill both automatically bent aluminum frames and standard straight-insert corner aluminum frames. Filling is performed under sealed conditions, which prevents the desiccant from losing effectiveness, improves production efficiency, and extends the lifespan of the insulated glass units.
7. Butyl Adhesive Coating Machine: The butyl adhesive coating machine evenly applies hot-melt butyl adhesive to the aluminum spacer frames of insulated glass units. This is a semi-automatic coating machine, meaning operators manually guide the aluminum spacer frames through the process one side at a time. It is the equipment used to apply the first layer of sealant to insulated glass units.
8. Laminating and Pressing Production Line (Vertical Insulated Glass Production Line) Cleaned glass panels are conveyed to the light inspection section, facilitating a more visual assessment of cleaning quality. The aluminum spacer frames are automatically conveyed to the laminating section for intelligent lamination, then proceed to the pressing section for bonding. The resulting double- or triple-pane insulated glass units are then sent to the next stage for sealing.
9. Insulated Glass Sealing Line | Fully Automatic Insulated Glass Sealing Line This line applies the second layer of sealant to the insulated glass. The sealing system can be integrated with the production line to enhance efficiency. It features automatic sealant replenishment and adjustment functions, eliminating the need for manual labor. The standardized assembly line process offers quality and cost advantages that manual sealing cannot match.
