7. Butyl Adhesive Coating Machine: The butyl adhesive coating machine evenly applies hot-melt butyl adhesive to the aluminum spacer frames of insulated glass units. This is a semi-automatic coating machine, meaning operators manually guide the aluminum spacer frames through the process one side at a time. It is the equipment used to apply the first layer of sealant to insulated glass units.

8. Laminating and Pressing Production Line (Vertical Insulated Glass Production Line) Cleaned glass panels are conveyed to the light inspection section, facilitating a more visual assessment of cleaning quality. The aluminum spacer frames are automatically conveyed to the laminating section for intelligent lamination, then proceed to the pressing section for bonding.
